We started looking for a house in PGI rather informally with another real estate agent. They were not as knowledgeable as they needed to be about the area, docks and what sailboat water really meant. We decided to get a recommendation from a real estate agent from up north and Alan was the recommendation. What a breath of fresh air, he quickly found houses that fit our needs and wants and supplied with the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice. We found a great property, but without a pool. He brought in a pool guy to evaluate the property and it seemed there was no good way to satisfy our wants. We decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. Later in Alan's real estate wanderings he found a pool that would work for us and sent us pictures. Now we have the perfect house. The sale was made, but he kept us in mind.

We were originally from Kentucky looking to buy in and around the Fort Meyers area. Alan suggested us looking at Punta Gorda area and worked with our busy schedule to help us find the place that we love. He went out of his way, making several trips for documents needed for the loan process and even being at the condo for the inspection and appraisal as we were not able to drive down. He helped us negotiate a fair price and even helped us when we moved, taking off part of his day to help us unload the truck.
